STI Group’s 2015 Holiday Canned Food Drive
December 7, 2015The STI Group family of employees and partners is strongly committed to giving back to the community that has given us so much. Each year at this time we like to make an extra push to help the hungry in Southeast Texas by providing extra meals during Christmas time. We are happy to announce that we will be doing so again this holiday season for our annual canned food drive benefiting the Southeast Texas Food Bank.
About the 2015 Canned Food Drive
From now through Monday, December 21st we will be accepting canned goods or donations that will go to feed hungry Texans this holiday season. No one should ever go hungry, but it is particularly important to ensure that the less fortunate of our community have quality food for themselves and their families during the winter and holidays. The Southeast Texas Food Bank serves the counties of Jefferson, Hardin, Orange, Jasper, Tyler, Sabine, Polk, and Newton. This outstanding organization does a phenomenal job making every dollar count and is able to serve about 200,000+ meals to over 20,000 different households throughout these communities. To further encourage donations STI Group will be hosting a raffle. Every 5 cans of food or $5 donation will get donors a raffle ticket. Then on Monday, January 4th we will have a drawing for the following prizes:- Yeti Coolers
- $50 gift card to Wal-Mart
